BMW to increase prices from January 1, 2014

The German car maker has announced a price increase from 7 to 10 per cent across the BMW and MINI range.
After the recent 5 per cent price hike that was put to effect from August 15, 2013, BMW India has once again increased prices of its cars by 7-10 per cent across its entire BMW and MINI range.
The German car maker's last price hike was a result of the rising input costs, expensive imports and depreciating Indian rupee but there has been no specific reason given by BMW Group for this one.
