Maruti Suzuki India launched Celerio, and showcased two soon-to-be-launched cars for India, SX4 S-Cross and Ciaz. Apart from this, they also showcased a range of modified cars. This includes SX4 Sport, WagonR XREST, Swift Volt, Swift Sport, Gypsy Escapade, Grand Vitara Luxion, Ertiga Altair, EECO PikNik, DZire Opula, Alto 800 Browzer, Alto K10 Krescendo, Omni licious Cafe, and Ritz Jubilo.
Speaking about the Swift Volt, it features new color scheme of white, black and red. The car looks too flashy, and comes in with a 1.2l petrol or 1.3l diesel engine. It features a new bumper with smoked headlamps, a new rear bumper with spoiler, and smoked taillights. On the inside, it has black leather seats with a sport steering whee. The car is just an idea from Maruti to what their current owners can do to their Swift.
Same goes for Suzuki SX4 Sport. This one covers racing livery with bright blue paint and yellow/black lines. Interior features sports seats and sporty dashboard. The designers have kept a finer eye and given the car a proper detailing. Sadly, there are no powerful engine options and you will have to settle for the 1.3l diesel or the 1.6 petrol.
Apart from the two, there was also a new edition of Grand Vitara SUV, called Luxion. This one too is given a sporty look with red and black colour scheme (reminds of Land Rover Evoque). It features smoked headlamps with LEDs and a sporty looking chunky bumper. Interiors are done in leather.
