Honda has presented the N-WGN and N-WGN Custom at the 2013 Tokyo Motor Show. The N-WGN is the fourth model in the ‘N Series’.
The super-height wagon has a boxy design (like its classmates) and
features an upright front fascia, pronounced wheel arches and a very
distinctive greenhouse.
The N-WGN Custom is based on the same platform, but gets body
skirting, Accord styled grille, more aggressive front bumper with
foglights, and roof spoiler.
Honda hasn’t detailed about the engine, only mentioning that its a
newly-developed unit with twin-injection system. What we know for sure
is that a CVT gearbox helps the N-WGN realize 29.2 km/l.
Interior design of the N-WGN is straightforward, equipped with a
multifunction steering, dashboard-mounted gear selector, automatic
air-conditiong, push-button start and a trip computer. The cabin is
outfitted in a dual tone beige-black or purple-beige color combo, with
silver accents. The N-WGN Custom gets piano black inserts, metallic trim
and better instrumentation.
That’s not all. 90% of the entire vehicle can be recycled as well, says Honda.
