Land Rover India has also introduced the 2014 Evoque with the 9-speed ZF gearbox and the updated Discovery at the 2014 Auto Expo
Land Rover India has introduced the 2014 long wheelbase Range Rover in the Indian market. The new long wheelbase Range Rover is one of the most luxurious and one of the most expensive SUV available in the world and its entry into India, JLR’s home market marks an important milestone in JLR’s short history in the country. The Range Rover long wheelbase is immediately distinguishable by the noticeably longer rear door, which substantially adds to the rear passenger leg space. The long wheelbase Range Rover will go up against the likes of the Bentley Continental Flying Spur and the Rolls Royce Ghost both in terms of appeal and in terms of sheer road presence. The long wheelbase Range Rover offers a variety of bespoke and customisable options to the customer making it the most expensive SUV on Indian roads. Land Rover will soon announce prices for the long wheelbase Range Rover.
The Range Rover Evoque, Jaguar Land Rover’s most popular vehicle over the last two years has also undergone a slight upgrade. Although the exterior upgrades on the car appear to be minimal, the main difference is the new ZF gearbox. The new 2014 Range Rover Evoque is the first car in the world to be offered with a 9-speed, dual clutch, ZF gearbox. Not only does this improve fuel economy, the 2014 Range Rover Evoque is also much more in terms of performance as compared to the 8-speed 2013 model year car.
Land Rover has also introduced the new 2014 Land Rover Discovery. With a facelift long overdue, the new Land Rover Discovery has finally been put through a nip and tuck and now comes with updated headlamp consoles, a new tail light and a whole host of interior upgrades. JLR India will soon announce prices of the new 2014 Land Rover Discovery in India.
