If SEMA had an equivalent in Europe, it would no doubt be the Essen Motor Show in Germany. The largest tuning event in the Old Continent is in full swing as we speak (November 30 – December 8), so we thought you’d enjoy taking a look at some of the modified cars on display at the Messe Essen.
Germany’s most famous tuning powerhouses, including ABT Sportsline, AC Schnitzer, Brabus, Hamann, Lorinser,Prior Design and TechArt, all brought their latest customizing packages to Essen, and you can check them in the many videos posted below.
In a way, the 2013 Essen Motor Show is like a bodybuilding contest for cars where most contestants are German and originally started life as Audis, BMWs, Mercedes or Porsches.
